Who We Are
Serving from Scratch ICE CREAM and BUBBLE WAFFLES. Our milk comes from the Kalebaugh family farm right outside of Bend. Create your own “bespoke” Bubble waffle ice cream sundae combinations or just get a scoop in a cup or a cone and everything between.
With a variety of house made toppings there are so many possible combinations… use your imagination!
Our Flavors
with constantly changing flavors we try and keep things fresh and seasonal. here is a selection of the flavors that Stay on the menu.
Cake Batter butterfinger: vanilla cake batter anglaise churned with butterfinger bits and garnished with a little butterfinger and cake croutons
Black cherry: Amarena Toschi black cherries from Italy blended with our anglaise . This flavor comes with a cherry on top.
Cardamom Vanilla: powdered cardamom, vanilla paste, salt blended with anglaise. Garnished with sprinkles
Chocolate chunk: melted dark chocolate blended with anglaise then churned. After churning we add house made chocolate covered pretzels, dark chocolate chips and Mexican hot chocolate mix blended coarsely.
Passion fruit blood orange: Blood orange Puree, passion fruit juice, grapefruit soda
